How are activities conducted by you unique?
There are a maximum of two boats on the water so conditions are calmer & safer, and we use a structured training syllabus and sophisticated training aids to teach beginners for the first time. All our coaches have a combined 37 years of coaching experience
How much notice do you require?
At least two to three weeks notice to avoid disappointment.
When is the activity conducted?
Any day except Mondays
What do participants need?
Only a swimsuit (females) or boardshorts (males).
How much training will each participant receive ?
Participants will be given 45 minutes of dry-land training and three (3) 10-minute sessions of actual wakeboarding with breaks in-between other participants.
What is the minimum number of people required?
16 people
What if we have more than 20 people?
We can provide one additional boat (we will require a minimum of 10 additional people) or conduct the activity over two or more days depending on total numbers.
How many instructors will you have?
Two instructors for on-water training and one instructor for dry-land training.
Can we all come together?
As we only run one or two boats at a time for the sake of each participant’s safety, we schedule different times for different groups of participants so they will not have to wait around all day for their turn.
Can I bring a friend who is able to wakeboard?
Yes.
What happens when it rains?
Lessons will continue in the event of light rain, however we will cancel lessons if there is heavy rain or lightning for the safety. Call our management for a weather update.
How can I make payment?
Company cheque or cash.
Do you accept NETS?
No.
Is the course Guaranteed?
No. Participants will need to register for our Guaranteed Beginner’s Course.
Can someone enrol for the course if he/she is unable to swim?
No
Can children enrol?
Yes, we have special equipment for children. Recommended age is 10 years and above.
What should I be able to achieve at the end of the course?
This activity will only provide a basic introduction to wakeboarding and most participants will have a general feel for the sport.
What do I do once I have attended this activity?
You can either register for our Guaranteed Beginner’s Course, put a group together and wakeboard by the hour, or take additional lessons on your own |
